Yoga
This ancient form of exercise from India helps you develop a strong and flexible brain. It provides a lot of flexibility in the body, relieves stress, and strengthens the body - especially the joints, ligaments, and nervous system.

Yoga is not only an exercise routine, it's a way of life. We provide information to complement your yoga lifestyle. Get cardiovascular endurance, strengthening, and flexibility over time with these 1 hour long classes. Chair yoga is also available to help strengthen your upper body.

Pilates
This form or workout program developed by Joseph Pilates in 1918 is based on a group of 30 to 60 movements designed specifically to strengthen the core. It has been used by dancers and people with weak joints.

These classes last for 1 hour, start with a warm-up, and end with a cool-down and stretching period. Pilates has benefits, which include an easy routine for everybody and provides modifications to match the level of your fitness. Please bring your own mat.

Anaerobics
These 1 hour long classes were created by our tennis and golf experts. We wanted to target specific muscles using weights to strengthen, improve the cardiovascular system, and provide endurance and flexibility.
